Hi!

Just created a shared Folder in an NTFS NAS (Buffalo LS520D0802) and am having a hard time completing a sync.
I am running Win10Pro 64-bit w/ all the latest MS Updates (April 2018 OS Update), have changed the sync Folders [from the previous NAS folder to the new NAS folder] in each instance of Syncdocs (for 2 Google Drive accounts: 1 consumer, 1 GSuite), and thought I had all the Permissions through the NAS Navigator Settings for the NAS drive Allowed, etc...but something is still hanging up, well, communication via Syncdocs as I am coming across this Syncdoc-error:

this is for the G Suite account: "Syncdocs error, sync paused. Main error: . Error reading W:\Google Drive - AMTA-NV\, link or network resource may no longer be available. Delete the link if you no longer wish to sync it. (3) The target directory is a file, not a directory: [W:\Google Drive - AMTA-NV]"

maybe i'm not understanding how the new NAS drive is supposed to work?
might there be a point at which access is dropped and the error is generated?
each time i check for access through Windows Explorer...i have no problems accessing the quoted directory (with files inside): it is there/visible/accessible...
and each time i Start the sync from the error window, it returns immediately to the same error [code] - same with the consumer Drive account, but on a deeper folder...
i've even tried syncing with an entirely different/other NAS device (an Buffalo LS210D)...

i have screenshots & error logs
any help is greatly appreciated!
