About 2 months ago, Syncdocs stopped syncing. I'm using selective folder sync. I've tried to restore folders / re-sync, but every single time here's what happens:
- I go to folder selection to choose the 3 folders I need to select
- I wait 3-5 minutes for the list of folders to show up
- Most of the times no folders are selected, other times 1-2 recently shared with me folders are selected for sync (ticked). - Folders I need are never selected
- I select the folders, click "OK"
- Software goes into sync, queries documents, and whatnot
- Nothing changes. Nothing is actually synced.
- When I open "Select folders" again, no folders are selected
Thoughts / advice?
